I designed the GF Shield as a visual mark to represent GlobalFoundries’ commitment to security, trust, and U.S.-based manufacturing. The goal was to create an emblem that could function across digital, print, and physical applications — especially in contexts like defense, aerospace, and secure supply chain messaging.

The design needed to feel both modern and institutional, balancing GlobalFoundries’ brand language with cues from traditional seals and certification marks. It’s used as a visual shorthand for trust and protection, appearing in everything from product packaging to presentations and marketing materials.
